Whose bright idea was it to bring Ortman out of retirement as the PIO for wpbpd? This guy looks like he's 80 years old and that white beard is a disgrace to public service. He can't even put two sentences together for christ sake. Lets face it he didn't do squat as a cop either for years now this? I sure hope this Cincy chief has some brains. By the way I do give this mayor alot of credit for telling the PBA to go screw and bringing in an outsider as the chief. Great job on that mayor but Ortman still a disgrace!
