On July 16, 2012, Judge Catherine M. Brunson DENIED the WEISS HANDLER Verified Motion to Disqulaity said Judge. As "LEGALLY INSUFFICIENT" - quoted Brunson. Eileen Kasman filed a LEGAL MAL & CIVIL THEFT law suit against Henry Handler, Howard Weiss & Carol Kartagener. No doubt Handler was "JUDGE SHOPPING" --- We will see if Judge Bronson has the honor and ethics to due the "right thing" ----- Brunson is NOT running for re-election - YET? Lets ask Judge Krista Marx about the Weiss Handler "THREATS"??? BTW --- PBPOST today re: Aronberg -- "right on"

What did HOWARD WEISS & HENRY HANDLER do for the $400,000 so called "LOBBY" FEE???????????? NOTHING as usual.... Just as they did for there former client EILEEN KASMAN - they billed her over $500,000 and got her ZERO! Sorry -- $1.00 a year in Alimony... Attorney Fee's in FAVOR of Weiss Handler DENIED. SO ORDERED - Judge Charles Burton. Ken Pruitt DUMPED WEISS ASAP ----- Sooon as he discovered they all are unethical crooks.... Again, I ask what did WEISS do for the $400,000??????

I see where CYNTHIA ANGELOS, ESQ., has TERMINATED HER EMPLOYMENT and RELATIONSHIP with HOWARD WEISS, HENRY HANDLER of Weiss Handler. Also KEN PRUITT DEPARTED ALONG WITH ELLEN BOGDNOFF.....
