As I read this thread, I can't help but notice that it is the same group of individuals who frequently post vituperative remarks against Deputy Custer. I can honestly say, after observing the unique writing techniques that are displayed here, that it is a group of about 10-15. The vitriol regarding this shoot needs to cease. Furthermore, after reading such posts suggesting that Mr. MoneyBags summoned Federal agents to review this case is, in my honest opinion, a mockery of how the Justice system operates. To even begin to think that Mr. MoneyBags, in all of his infinite wisdom, singlehandedly summoned agents to strike down on this "cover up" is a work of the purest fiction. Secondly, the attacks on Custer by calling him a "cheat", and a "trigger happy, roid-filled hate machine" is preposterous and nothing more than emotionally induced responses. They are detrimental to your "cause" and prove to be very child-like, bordering on the sublime. I can assure everybody reading this post, that there is no conspiracy, and there is no cover up. The FDLE and another agency conducted their own investigations and found the same results as PBSO. It is clear that many of you most likely have an axe to grind and post things like, "I'd feel safer with a criminal robbing me than having a PBSO deputy come to my aid"; these posts do not serve a purpose other than providing other readers and like-minded individuals fuel for trolling and shear amusement. Back to the FBI: the only reason they'd be investigating PBSO is because of the allegations that deputies are using illegal steroids. I, however, think that the deputies who will be "indicted" will only be given unpaid suspensions because they were all under the false impression that a doctor was prescribing the steroids to them. It is similar to the FHP incident regarding Troopers from a few years back... they were all reinstated and no LEO's were charged criminally. They all did manage to get a settlement from being fired wrongfully. In regards to my last post and NewsWriter's post: I do not have the report in my possession; I read it with a person in PBSO and gained much needed knowledge of the incident. I say person because I do not want their identity to possibly be known, or mine, for that matter. I however do think that you should acquire the report and link it in your Documents Portal so that everybody can read it and hopefully glean from it in a newfound knowledge as I have. It would also be nice to close this threads once that happens to prevent any more speculation and vitriolic remarks in regards to Deputy Custer and Seth Adams, also. I also appreciate your compliment about my post; I strive to write well because I like well written posts, myself. It's an art that seems to have faded away. Thanks for reading this post.

Well ok. From this I glean that you approve of LEOs injecting themselves with steroids and "protecting" the public, then you sir are part of the problem. I don't think any cop anywhere should take steroids...ever. There are deadly side effects.

You may know how to write but can you read? If so, can you read me the side effects of all steroids and see what we can glean from it. Why not just post them here.

One more thing you have a great vocabulary, but you didn't use the word VIDEO a single time, must have slipped your great mind.

Now tell us about the video DVR and power cord taken from the Adams store and please provide as much detail as you can.

There are many folks at the store who knew exactly how to operate the store's video survalence equipment and how to pull up yesterday or last week.

I have said it all along, the destruction of video evidence is the key to blowing the lid off this case.

With all your fancy $25.00 words you used to insult the posters here, enhance the report fabrication, accuse Seth of drug use and justify the abuse of steroids, you failed to even mention THE VIDEO!

I have been asking about the video for a year now and have yet to hear anything close to a logical explanation. This is a fact, based on science and technology that can't be disputed. A fact the "Report" clearly omitted.

I applaud the person, and or persons, who are keeping the Seth Adams' murder at the fore front of this site. You committment will eventually pay off in the way of an actual investigation. PBSO, and any other law enforcement agency, should never investigate, or interfer with, any investigation regarding their own personnel. Too many times we see such investigations swayed by the brass. Maybe your continued effort will result in stae law changes. Great work, keep it up!

Law enforcement agencies who insist on investigating their own deadly use of force cases have something to hide. In case you hadn't noticed all other professional law enforcement agencies immediately turn their deadly use of force cases over to outside agency so that there can be no appearance of impropriety. Name me one deadly use of force case in the last 2 years that PBSO has completely turned over to an outside agency. And I do not mean FDLE which I wouldn't trust any further than I trust PBSO.
