| LT | Alonso | Reynaldo | PBSO | | Lt. Alonso was caught wiretapping his wife's car, thereby committing a felony. He also discharged his weapon, pretending to kill the family pet to scare his wife and kids. Internal Affairs didn't do anything because they "didn't think they should intrude in the personal lives" or some outrageous, outlandish idea like that. There was allegations he raped his wife, however, Internal Affairs decided the text messages of his admissions were not enough evidence of wrongdoing and swept the entire incident under the rug. |

| Evidence | Fagan | Ivey Lamar | PBSO | | Ivey Fagan, who works with EVIDENCE, was arrested Sept 5, 2011 for Grand Theft, Dealing in Stolen Property and False Verification of Ownership at a Pawn Shop. Apparently, since he's not been convicted as of yet, he is still working in evidence. How the agency could let someone with even the hint of an appearance of impropriety work with evidence or at the agency at all is a serious lack of regard for the men and women who are honest. It is also very questionable about how such a challenge could survive an evidence supression hearing for Chain of Custody matters. As we speak, he is probably handing Sheriff Bradshaw guns out of the back door. |

One of those times while he was suppose to be at the funeral of a fellow police captain, having cancelled his attendance falsely. As a result of these incidents he was investigated for forcing his subordinates to choose between attending one of his house parties or work. In order to save his job he was demoted to the rank of officer and has agreed to give up other cops in his agency with similar issues. The PBA is actively battling to save this scum bag and have him promoted back to the rank of Lieutenant. |
| D/S | Monti | | PBSO | | D/S Monti stood by and watched Off Duty WPB officer Sanja Raja beat a handcuffed suspect in the back of his car. Monti would never have been caught if it wasn't for D/S Turner, who refused to lie for Monti. The handcuffed suspect spent two years in prison because Monti lied. When an IA complaint was files at (Case No 11-088) at PBSO and Monti was investigated for not putting it in his report and doing nothing, Monti played stupid and said he was confused about the incident. Internal Affairs blew it off, telling Monti to supplement his police report to include the "forgotted" beating. By this time, it was too late for the wrongly-imprisoned person to file charges against Sanjay Raja. |

Raja called 911 and told dispatchers the "suspect" was not being violent and stayed on the phone until deputies arrived. When Deputies arrived, however, Raja changed his story to say the "suspect" had broken into his house and become violent. A review of the 911 tape clearly shows the "suspect" was not in the house but in his car as you can hear the door beeping and Raja took his keys by force. When PBSO arrived, the "suspect" was handcuffed and placed in the back of a PBSO police car, where Raja proceeded to beat the handcuffed man. The repost mentions none of this and the "suspect" spent two years in prison from Raja's fabrications. At IA, it was later deemed that Raja lied about the incident and he received a 3 day suspension, despite the fact an innocent man went to prison for 2 years because of this lie. It should be noted Raja was previously terminated as a police officer and was found to be untruthful by FDLE. |
